Mr. Naushad Ahmed - Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Naushad
Ahmed,
is the Chairman and Managing Director of our company. He is a Science graduate
from Lucknow University and has done degree in law (L.L.B.). He has over 30
years of experience in construction industry. He joined Vijai Construction as a
partner on 15th December, 1982, primarily engaged in the constructions
business. In 1997, he was instrumental in the incorporation of our Company and
has been our Promoter Director since inception. He has extensive knowledge of
the construction industry and is instrumental in evolving our Company. He looks
after the entire gamut of activities under the supervision and control of the
Board of Directors of the Company. He had also given his valuable contribution
to Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (UPSIDC) during
his tenure as a Director of UPSIDC from 27.09.1996 to 25.10.2005.
He is the
founder President of Imtiyaz Foundation Care & Depressed People Improvement
Association.
Mr. Aamir Ahmed,
is
Executive Director of our Company. He holds a Graduate degree in economics from
Drexel University, USA. He is actively involved in VIL’s goal of intensely
diversifying in other extra fields. He joined our Company on September 30, 2011
as a Director. Before starting his career as director of the company, he has
given his valuable advise many times and helps indirectly in the progress of
the company.
Mr. Ajay Kumar
Singh,
is the Independent Director of the company. He is a graduate and has
over 15 years experience in civil constructions mainly in roads &
bridges. He has recently joined the company and his experience clubbed with his
grass root knowledge of the business will play pivotal role in the
exponential growth and success of the company.
